VILLA IN IBIZA

Behind the original front door, we find the hall and the magnificent open staircase leading up to the first floor, as well as a large window with views to the indoor patio, decorated with pleasure, over which the life of the house revolves.

The main living room has various relaxing zones perfectly distributed so you can contemplate from the living room or from the terrace the wondering views of Ibiza's old town. This living room is equipped with a 47 inch TV and sound system. Next to this room we find our indoor dining room for 11 people.

The kitchen combines the original blue color of its wall and floor tiles with the orange of its countertop, clearly inspired by the moroccan style.

It is perfectly equipped with glass-ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and water heater. It has direct access to the terrace and the pool. The kitchen has also a separated larder and a separated laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer, as well as an entrance for the house servants.

The house in its ground floor has four comfortable dormitories, three of them are double and one is single. All of them have a suite bathroom and air conditioned (except the single one) and they are distributed around the central patio.

In the ground floor we also find a second living room which has a comfortable sofa, 40" TV and a table for 4 people as well as a second kitchen, which is perfect as an auxiliary kitchen or independent kitchen.

The main bedroom has 2 single beds and suite bathroom, SAT TV, air conditioned and an amazing terrace with views to Ibiza, the port and Talamanca beach.

The main suite has a double bed, it is very spacious and it has very ancient decorative elements. It has a suite bathroom with shower and bath hub, SAT TV, air conditioned, a big terrace and incredible views to Ibiza and the port. This suite has a spacious dressing room full of closets too.

In this floor we can find the Chill Out zone. It is the place where you can enjoy a relaxing sunset with spectaculars views to Ibiza and the house's garden. This place is also accessible from the pool terrace.

In our pool terrace we find a fabulous porch with a stone wall and a ceiling made with wood beams, clearly inspired by ibiza's style. This terrace is the best place to enjoy the villa.
The terrace is equiped with hammocks, umbrellas and beds. It also has a wood table up to 12 people and a modern gas BBQ.

The villa has an amazing pool of 12 x 6m and roman style stairs is the perfect place to refresh yourself and enjoy the summer days of Ibiza.
